Membership Committee Meeting
at 19:00 in the SAR Building Committee Room

> Our current agenda is as follows:
• Verifying/Updating the whiteboard and spreadsheet as needed for missions and meetings
• Updating the membership data on whiteboard to reflect training taken since January
Specifically snowmobile, hovercraft, and water team (tender, diver, ice rescue/gumby) if necessary incorporate other columns
• Update the membership files (new files for new members)
• Excuses accepted by the SMT filed in appropriate files
• New member applications (we have 5 currently in the works)
Adrian Guerra, Timothy Nickerson, Samantha Robinson, Doug Robinson, and Steve Weber
• Gather Tshirts and hats for Ty, Sarah, and Michael so we can pass out to them next meeting
• Do we want to add a polo shirt size to the membership app? in addition to the references checked line? I couldn’t do shirts prior to this last meeting because I had no idea of the sizes required.
• Creation of new packets to be ready for the next meeting.
• Budget request ranking
• Bylaw change/update to send to SMT and full membership
• New Business/Old Business
