Structure and Funding

LCSAR is an independent IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, registered in the State of Montana. It is run by a board of directors that includes officers of the corporation, an internal management team, plus search coordinators. The board, management team members, and coordinators are elected by members of the organization in January of each calendar year.

LCSAR is financially supported by the taxpayers of Lewis and Clark County, the United Way, foundations, corporate donors and private individuals. Financial records for LCSAR are available for public inspection by contacting the LCSAR Treasurer.
